SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY


SHIPPING INFORMATION
THE Design works to ensure you have the easiest, fastest and most transparent shopping
experience possible.
For customer service, please feel free to contact us at the@thedesign.pt. Our team will
contact you within a maximum of 2 days.
Order delivery times occur between 9am and 7pm on weekdays and the number of days
for delivery of your order will take into account the country in which the order is placed. It is
highly recommended to use a secure shipping address and track the movement of your
package during transit.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a
tracking number so you can track your package throughout its journey. Please check your
spam folder if you do not receive an email immediately after placing an order with us.
If the order is not received, you must communicate within a period of 30 days. After this
period, THE Design is not responsible for the loss of the order

TAXES AND DUTIES
OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
You may be subject to local import taxes and fees once your package arrives in your
country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, that
is, all additional costs for taxes, fees and customs charges.
RETURN AND REFUND INFORMATION
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item
to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it,
unmarked, with tags and in its original packaging.
To request the return of a product you can contact us at the@thedesign.pt and our
customer experience team will contact you within a maximum period of 2 days.
THE Design has a free collection policy, which means you won't need to leave your home
to send your return order to us and you won't need to pay additional shipping costs for
your order. THE Design will organize the entire collection process of your return order.
There are no returns on discounted or sale items.


DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective,
damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the situation and seek
a resolution.


REFUNDS
When returning products from outside the EU, customers will be responsible for covering
any customs and tax fees.
We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price as long as they are in
their original condition with all tickets and tags attached. Refunds are processed once the
item is received and checked. Refunds are made using the same card/payment method
used for the purchase. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit
card company to process and post your refund as well.
